President & Supervisor of Construction

Scott has over 40 years of construction experience starting his career in Fairfax, Virginia. By 1999 he had worked in the states of Maryland, South Carolina and Florida, building and remodeling more than 200 homes costing $200,000 to $3,000,000. Scott was the former Co-Owner & Vice President of Carolina Shores Construction Inc., and Owner & President of Marlin Construction Inc. both in Beaufort, South Carolina. After selling his business in 2000 Scott relocated to the Tampa Bay area and held the positions of Lead Builder for David Weekley Homes in Tampa, Florida and Production Supervisor for Arthur Rutenberg Homes in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Scott's vision to create SCOTT WALSH CUSTOM BUILDERS started shortly after he settled in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2007 and by 2008 it officially became a company. Scott prides himself on punctuality, communication, quality, budget control and finishing on schedule. Scott is a New Mexico state licensed general contractor.

Marina Brownlow
Creative Consultant

Born in Cyprus of English and Greek Cypriot parents Marina lived around the world before moving to New Mexico in the late 1980's. Marina is the creative consultant for SCOTT WALSH CUSTOM BUILDERS. She is a studio artist and had work shown and sold in the 2013 Summer Exhibition at The Royal Academy of Arts in London. Marina's artistic talents are instrumental in assisting and guiding our clients vision with design, color and use of space. Marina is a graduate from Oxford Brookes University in England with a degree in History of Art and Anthropology.
